1. How subprocessors are used

Ladder Breakers uses service providers to host the product, store account data, send email, process payments, run AI features, monitor reliability, prevent abuse, and support authorized job applications.

Each provider receives only the data needed for its role and is expected to process that data under confidentiality, security, and data-processing obligations appropriate to the service.

2. Current provider categories

Hosting, storage, queues, and infrastructure: cloud infrastructure providers used for application hosting, databases, object storage, background queues, logs, backups, and network security.

AI and model providers: providers used to parse resumes, generate or improve resumes and cover letters, draft application answers, score job fit, and support abuse-resistant automation.

Authentication and email: providers used for email sign-in codes, Google OAuth where enabled, transactional email, and account-security workflows.

Payments and billing: payment processors used for checkout, subscriptions, invoices, fraud review, payment reconciliation, and refunds.

Analytics, diagnostics, and support: tools used to understand product usage, debug failures, monitor health, handle support tickets, and investigate abuse or security incidents.

Employer and hiring platforms: applicant tracking systems, job boards, company career sites, and related platforms that receive application data when you authorize or approve an application.

3. AI provider handling

When AI features are used, Ladder Breakers sends the minimum context reasonably needed for the task, such as resume text, job descriptions, application questions, prior answers, preferences, and relevant system instructions.

We do not permit third-party model providers to use customer career data to train their general-purpose foundation models, where provider terms and account settings allow that restriction.

4. Provider changes

Providers may be added, removed, or replaced as the product evolves, vendors change, or reliability, cost, security, or regional requirements demand it.

Material provider changes that significantly affect how personal data is handled will be reflected in this page or the Privacy Policy. Enterprise customers with separate data-processing terms should follow the notice process in their agreement.
